This unfiltered Pennsylvanian wheat poured up a cloudy orange/yellow. There was barely any head on this beer, but enough carbonation for tasting. The aroma told me to watch out for banana and spices. The taste confirmed the banana wheat spiced beer. It isn’t something that i would typically like, and would almost immediately turn away from, but this was light on the banana and spices which made it easy to drink. According to their site the spice I was getting is most likely the clove and pepper. Due to the low IBU, this beer does not have the hop taste that I like to see in beer.
