Schafly - HefeweizenI have had this one for a few months, and finally got around to drinking it. The beer poured up with a big fluffy white head. It definitely was unfiltered as I could see a stream of sediment whiling around the glass. The aroma was lite and had just a bit of wheat to it. The taste was similar, it began light with the wheat, a bit of citrus almost came through and then a slight bitter. The good thing here is this beer did not have an aftertaste. I could drink a good deal of these as it tasted good and the price is right!
