Jolly Pumpkin - Fuego del Otoño (Autumn Fire)This is a smaller brewery that impresses me by marking each bottle with the batch number(s) on the bottle. This one is from batches 244 and 245. The first things I noticed about the beer was the large amounts of sediment inside the bottle resting on the side from being in the refrigerator. The next thing was after opening the bottle, an aroma of lager took over. This one poured up lighter than what the picture shows with that slight orange color to it. The head was big and fluffy. The taste reminded me of oranges and apples with bits of spice. and just a bit over on the sour side If you ever had a seasoned or spiced warm apple cider, that is what this one reminded me of. I’m not a huge fan of the spice, but it is drinkable.

Specs: 25.4oz bottle
6.1% ABV
