Three Floyds - Alpha King Pale AleThis Indiana beer came to me from Blair, Thanks again! I do enjoy a good pale ale! This one poured up a nice red with very little head. The head did stick to the glass quite a bit when drinking it. The aroma of it is flowery. The taste goes from a nice smooth beer to a bitter, then after a minute the bitters hit you again. It was very very strong the first drink, but as I continue on either I became adjusted to the bitter, or it just naturally got smoother! I don’t think I would call it the King or Alpha King of pale ales, but it is a pretty decent one.
