I could be wrong, but I don’t think the Monks who brew this have a website. This was sold to me like gum is sold to you at the check out lane of a supermarket. This supermarket is the Beer & Wine Cave. I have to begin by saying, Matt, you were right; this is one tasty beer. The fizzing head settled to reveal the dark brown brew, and bits of products to make the beer settled on top. The aroma was sweet like plum. The taste was very rich and the malts were wonderful and sweet and followed by a bit of bitters. The aftertaste lingered in my mouth for a bit, and it wasn’t bad at all!

Specs: 11.3 oz bottle
9.2% ABV
