Don’t ask me how to pronounce it, I have no idea. What I do know how to do it drink it, and drink it I will. This is a very deep red that almost looked brown it was so cloudy. The thick head masked the aroma. Looks and aroma are great things to have, but what this beer has the most of is taste. Caramels and maybe some chocolate malts are deep roasted and give a thick taste to this brew. Maudite does well by itself and I took my time drinking this and it just kept getting better. The finish washes away only the deepest flavors, leaving the taste without all the body. Keep tabs on how much you drink, the ABV is pretty high. Mom, you made another good selection for my review.

Specs: 12oz bottle
