Now this beer has about the perfect color, copper with a slight haziness. You’ll see in the photo that there’s little head, well it poured typically, but came down very quick. Late Harvest has some delicious roasted and caramel aromas to enjoy even before you get to the drink itself. What I noticed most is a roasted then changes to lighter malts that gives a rich flavor then sits lightly to finish. the hop bouquet is slight and sat far back in the mouth allowing the primary body of the beer to linger and entice another drink. Thanks Mom for this beer from MI!
