There are just some beers that I am not prepared to drink. This was one. The pour made me step back and think about this. There were chunks of light brown sediment in this beer when poured. They danced around in a hazy dark yellow beer. The head made a quick appearance before disappearing. The aroma was fresh smelling, perhaps something was still growing in this beer. The taste was lemon or other strong citrus that turned me off. I really can’t deal with beer that are overly citrus, and what made this worse was the amount of carbonation that was in the beer. The head did not show it, but once in the mouth it kept going. I am guessing that is due to some further in the bottle fermenting. Try if you want, but I won’t again. Coopers, please warn us on the bottle to stir up the beer, perhaps it would have been better.

Specs: 12.7 oz bottle
5.8% ABV
