It seems that Chris and I are on a Pale Ale streak. This is a change from the ‘I’ to just the PA, and no it’s not Pennsylvania, this is from Missouri. Another Schlafly beer made it to me, or I to it in this case. This Pale ale is almost as red as it’s label. The aroma is quite mild and sweet smelling. The taste is rich in malts, and just a bit of hops at the end. The after taste is not hoppy at all as it is actually malty. Usually the last thing to hit me in any PA is the hops, but this is different. I think all PA drinkers and non-PA drinkers could unite and enjoy in this malty pale ale together. So get going and find your own of this beer before I find more and buy it all. Schlafy, you have redeemed yourselves since the No. 15 and Pilsner experience in July.
