This lager from Rogue comes in a size I like: 22oz. Enough to share, with myself. It took a moment for this hazy golden beer’s head to go down so I could finish pouring it. The aroma was a bit malty sweet, but nothing too special. The taste is what surprised me. I was expecting something new, something unique, something not like I have had before in a lager. Rogue gave me just what I wanted: a lager. A full bodied lager that had no hint that it had water in it. It was malty with just a hint of bitters at the end. This very tasty beer shall not be the last of it’s kind as long as I can find another. This beer was especially created for Rogue’s friends at Kells Irish Restaurant.
