Now this brew has a nice orange hue and a head that poured high but quickly subsided. The aroma is like a bock with extra hops; Sam Adams, what did you do? Well they made an excellent full bodied seasonal beer is what! There’s sweet malts that build quickly with a growing caramel taste before the hops come in to wash away those last malts and leave a mild sweetness on the tongue. For this Octoberfest tasting, this has been the best so far.
