I have never head of Dick’s Brewing before, but I thought I should give it a try. This beer poured up a darker brown/red with some fluffy head on the top. The aroma is very sweet and malty. I know that what really matters is the taste. If a beer tastes good, you will be back. I will say if this is their best, then they need to keep trying! The overpowering sweetness followed by a strange bitter taste is not what I was looking for, and never will. I don’t know if I will like Dick’s or not. If I find another one, I will have to try it and see how it goes.
