With summer coming to a close, I should finish off what wheat beers I still find in my stock. This is a gold color with a mild head allowing a crisp wheat aroma thru. What happens is that in wheat beers, the barley is replaced, at lest in part, with wheat; this tends to give many wheat beers a strong flavor that differs a lot from an ale or lager. This particular wheat brew has a nice malt flavor that is offset with the light wheat tones in the body. A clean finish rounds out this beer which has lots of style.
