This independently owned brewery puts out a number of beers. I recently pick up four of them. This is the first. From the pour I knew this was going to be good. The foamy head atop of the cloudy orange/yellow liquid. The aroma is very hoppy and floral. The taste is what the name says: BIG. The hops is just amazingly strong. The bottle says it and the taste confirms it, a big hop flavor and with little to no after taste. I could only have a couple of these in a night, but I would enjoy them! After reading their page, they do dry hops this beer for even more hops flavors!
