What I notice about pilsners is the straw color and a mild dry hop aroma. Penn Pilsner is no different; a light body and strong cascading dry hops to give a nice finish. This is heavy on the hops and their taste lingers after each drink. This would be good with a pizza or some other bar food. Pen Pilsner = good.
