From Rochester, NY this is a great colored honey brew. The company is running a campaign to save the declining bee population, necessary for producing the natural honey this flagship brew requires. The aroma is similar to a pilsner, but a sweet and smooth taste. If you’ve had another ‘big name’ honey beer and enjoyed it in the slightest, this would be an excellent choice. I’ve giving this a 5 star because this has a great, well rounded taste, and medium body that would pair well with about anything.
