While this has the color of straw, it certainly doesn’t taste like a college beer. It’s an all malt brew with 50% wheat malt, which you can smell thru the sticky head. Body is light and crisp especially on the end. There’s no cleansing hops, just some wheat/citrus lingering dryness that gives an enjoyable taste to this summer beer from Anchor Brewing from San Fransisco.
