A great nose on this cloudy, light red ale. It’s certainly malty, and almost a bock like nose and taste. What is very different about this is a prominent hop taste after the deep malts - this keeps the body light and not as filling despite the high ABV. It’s a good blend of malts and hops, but it doesn’t stand out so much to have a high rating.
