Well, I’m almost done with the summer sampler. Belgian White is another classic style where the lighter side of brews is explored. There’s a light and sweet aroma of wheat and barley malts, and a taste of “tangy” spices to keep the taste interesting. You’ll notice this might seem like another seasonal brew as many winter brews use a similar combination for seasonal recipes. It’s a lighter version with more prominent notes of wheat and citrus spices to keep the body light.
