This USDA certified organic beer turned out to be much better than what I had thought. The light yellow color of the beer is pretty generic. The malty aroma comes though just as I began to drink. The taste is light and has a good amount of carbonation when it hits my mouth. The good bite of bitters when the beer clears my mouth was the biggest surprise. I found this at Trader Joe’s, pick one up yourself!
