Rogue - Dad\'s Little HelperThis beer caught my eye, and I had to review it for Father’s Day. This malt liquor poured up very yellow and with a soapy head with large bubbles. The aroma is as sweet as the taste. This goes down very easy with the sweet light roasted malts. Low amounts of hops account for the low bitterness. With a quickly fading aftertaste, you are ready for more of this one. A nice little story of the origin of Father’s Day on the back, and pairing suggestions as well. This one goes out to fathers, old, new, and those expecting: Happy Father’s Day from Chris and Jon!
