A Kentucky beer that poured up just a porter should be. It was a dark, good solid head on the pour. The head stuck to the glass as I drank this one down. A licorice aroma to the beer. A good thing it did not taste like it. It did have the cold coffee tastes and a bit of bitter chocolates. This is made with7, yes 7 different types of malts and 3 types of hops. They had to have taken their time on finding that good combination.
