If you own a dog, you understand they love lying in the sun. This is a perfect name for a beer because I know my two boys would love to have a beer while being in the sun. A honey colored beer (darker looking in the picture) had a nice small bubble head that formed on it. The aroma was light with malts and sweetness from something else. The finish did surprise me on this. It did have a bit of bitter at the end. The longer you keep this in your mouth, the more the hops will build up at the end. Very tasty indeed. A stop over at the New Holland website shows that they even carry recipes for their beers.
