Never Summer?! The weather here certainly feels like summer. Any aroma is blocked by the thick head of this hearty brew from Boulder, Co. A nutty flavour matches the deep red-brown color and despite this being kept in my fridge, the heavy body feels as if it is luke-warm. The hops used come in waves and take a good amount of time to clease so there’s a nice tansisition to finish. I know some people in the area so a trip to the Boulder Beer brewery may be in my future.
