Founders - Centennial IPAFounders impressed me awhile ago with their Kentucky Breakfast that I can’t seem to find. This beer was no different. The deep amber colored beer had very little head on it. The labeled said this was dry hopped and unfiltered. I did not see the sediment in my glass, so I surprised to read that. The aroma was hoppy and almost sweet. The taste made my mouth feel dry with the first breath I took afterwards. The taste went from a nice malt with hops, to dry, then the bitters took over. For those who like the hops, this one is for you.
