This beer took almost 2 minutes to pour. I thought Guinness was the only beer I had to wait that long for. The head was enormous, and looked like soap bubbles. The color is a cloudy orange/yellow. After the first sip I noticed sediment at the bottle of the glass, and let it sit for another minute as it collected at the bottom. Yes this is an unfiltered wheat beer. The taste was that of bananas, I don’t like bananas by the way. I tried to get past that, but just couldn’t. Chris, I believe you might like this more than me.
