Hoppus Maximus?! I was suckered in by the name. The pour of this was nice, lots of head that ended up sticking to the glass as it disappeared in my glass. The amber color is very nice, but a bit cloudy. That may mean one thing: lot of hops. The smell was sweet, and then the taste was full of hops, nice curve ball Thirsty Dog! I know this isn’t the hoppiest beer I have ever had, but it is still nice. I could definitely drink more, if I had more.
