Fruit beer?! This is “a serious India Pale Ale brewed with real apricots”. The color is a nice golden and the aroma certainly is that of an IPA. Apricots are noticeable right as the strong pale hoppiness starts to hit the pallet. It’s this sweetness that comes into play with the bitters that gives a unique taste to this brew from Dogfish Head. Did I mention that it’s 7%?
