Great Lakes - Rockefeller BockSo I traveled to Cleveland, OH and basically got a private tour of Great Lakes Brewing Co. and then headed over to their brewpub for some fresh brews. What I found was Rockefeller Bock with a sweet aroma and dark color. Right off I could tell the roasted barely malts were going to monopolize and I would not be disappointed. The taste fills the mouth as quickly as you take the first sip. This taste lingers, but not before the hops step in and break up this oil tycoon’s deep flavors. I wish I could find this in the bottle, but I’ll just have to get a growler next time.
