Gordon Biersch - Blonde BockChris reviewed a Marzen a week or so ago by Gordon Biersch, and I happen to have their Blonde Bock. A very nice color when poured out of it’s blue labeled bottle. The smell is sweet, and reminds me of yesterday’s Flying Dog. The taste has the sweetness of a bock, and is just a bit dry at the end. Bocks can be malty tasting, and this is not an exception. Not a bad beer, but nothing too special that I would grab another bottle over the other choices at the beer store.

Specs: 12oz bottle
7% ABV
