Flying Dog begins the new season off with Garde Dog. A light colored beer, that poured with a nice head that faded quickly, but the bubbles kept rising. The aroma was just a bit sweet from the yeast. This is not a bitter beer, but a nice true summer brew. It has just the right amount of sweet, with that bit of bite that brings you back in. If the price and supply are right, I know what beer will be fighting for fridge space this summer!
