Listed as a Belgian-style Saison, this brew from Ommegang was quite interesting. A definite lemon and bitters combination was prominent throughout from aroma to finish. The great lemon color was a perfect indication of this light beer. Other spices and malts in the recipe are hard to distinguish, and the taste isn’t entirely to my liking. A good chance to mix it up if you’re a wheat beer fanatic.
