Crescent City - Red Stallion Red Stallion wasn’t really read at all, more of a golden color with a strong hoppy aroma. Smooth and crisp, this beer was paired with a large number of items on the menu. It did go extremely well with the garlic and herb hotwings we ordered for an appetizer. This is a definite must have should you make the trip to the Big Easy. A bit about the Brewhouse: the brewing equipment including the kettles are all on display and really add to the atmosphere. Live jazz music played downstairs can be heard on the second floor which had its own bar because there is an open section overlooking the 1st floor.
