The yellow color and the wheaty odor were an almost spot on match with dandelions. This hefeweisen style brew was sweet, likely better suited to a summer or spring mood; I continued to drink nonetheless. Hops dominate on the end with a fresh and bright flavor to overcome the wheat tones. This has been the first hefeweisen I’ve had in awhile, I’ll have to buy more.
