O’Fallon - Goat’s Breath Bock AleFirst go to the picture and take a look if you have not already. This looks like a fun beer, or at least the person designing the bottle had fun! The color of this one is a nice amber. I had a hard time getting a head to form on this one, resorting to trying to pour from about 10 inches from the bottle, and still only ended up with about 1/4 inch of head. This is a nice, almost sweet smelling beer. This is carried over into the taste with bits of maple and just a bit of hops near the end. A clean smooth finish leaves nothing in the mouth, but wanting more. I checked out their site, and they don’t even list this one as a beer! For a brewery that I never heard of they have 4 seasonals, and 4 year round. Not bad O’Fallon, but just get some to Ohio so I can try more!
