Huyghe - Delirium NoelLet’s start today with the pour, it was nice and full of head. The color of this beer can’t be described with just one color. The center of this beer was a brown to dark brown, the edges let more light in with my glass and it was a dark yellow. The aroma is sweet with very little hops at all. The taste is smooth, with fruity hints. Unfortunately for me it is the hint of raisins or plums. I am not fond of the raisins. The beer did come packaged in a cool painted bottle, with a pink elephant and foil on the top. Below the foil, the cap, on the cap, the color red, that’s all, nothing special. On the 12th day of Christmas, Santa gave me a beer with less than 12 ounces?!
