Mmmmm…. Smells hoppy like an IPA. It is, it is!!! My Xmas dreams are coming true, good winter ales that are not all cinnamon in taste! The best way I can describe this is simple: Pick up a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, and drink it. Difference I see here is this beer is brewed in NY! East vs West battle to me! I do have to compliment the brewmasters at Southern Tier Brewing for such a tasty beer. I do appreciate that they label the cap and the bottle ‘Craft Brewed’. Day 1 has come to end with thoughts of dancing large bottles of beer in my head…

Welcome to our first theme of beers. Chris came up with the great idea of doing the 12 days of Christmas with beers. He went out and selected 12 fine winter/xmas brews and divided them between us. Keep an eye on the site to help you make your choice of a seasonal beer to give as a gift. Remember nothing says Christmas like beer, especially good beer!
