Another long named beer. A cloudy yellow/orange beer with a almost orange smell to it. The taste I cannot really explain. It hits the tongue like any other beer with a tiny tickle of carbonation, but then a sweet, but sour taste hits me. It is almost an apple cider taste. I just can’t pinpoint it. After checking out their site they state “Pale barley malt with a small caramalt content with a smooth hoppy flavor”. Just to let you know, I got very little of that! With 11 signature brews, and being less than 300 miles away, we may see this brewery again.
