This beer once again comes from the New Orleans area and profits from it’s sale go to help rebuild the community, hence Restoration Ale. It has a very sweet aroma, and the taste follows the nose. Its light color and taste are similar to that of a pilsner or wheat beer, but it leaves a very citrus taste on the pallet. Could it be lemon? There’s a distinct possibility of a trip N.O. in the spring which I may just have to stop by and tour Abita.
