This brewery just north of New Orleans was not destroyed by the hurricanes of the past years and has been producing beer in small batches using on site spring water to brew their beers. Turbo Dog has a nut scent, but its the combination of chocolate and toffee flavors that make this an enjoyable drink. Neither heavy or light, it’s no wonder this dark and somewhat sweet beer is one of Abita’s flagship brews.
