This cloudy Amber Ale from Dark Horse Brewing Co. was a bit surprising. Their website says they use a special Belgium style yeast that give the beer its unique taste. It is very ‘yeasty’ and tastes almost unfiltered. A mild taste of honey and cloves without an overpowering hop bite makes this beer quite enjoyable.
