I love pale ales. This one is on the weak side, perhaps for those getting into pale ales. It does not have as bitter of a taste as others I have had. Two things jumped out at me when I was reviewing the bottle. The first thing being the label of being Organic. It doesn’t really concern me one way or the other; it just yells ‘HIPPY’. The other being the ingredients list. It is very simple: Water, Organic Barley Malt, Hop, and Yeast. Keep it simple, keep it good. Green Valley Brewing (see Wild Hops Lager) this is quite an improvement from your other that I have tried!
