So the beautiful color and sweet aroma of Millstream Brewing’s Windmill Wheat turned out to be a bit misleading. This very light and sweet beer was neither satisfying nor was it very flavorful. Though the aroma was of wheat, it tasted as flat and typical as a, dare I say it, BL or CL. Perhaps its my preference for darker brews getting in the way – Jon, I’ll keep a bottle for you to comment on this post.
