If you haven’t heard of Duck-Rabbit Brewery, I’m not surprised. This small brewery in North Carolina specializes in dark beers, that is to say they only brew ONLY dark beers! This full bodied porter has very complex, leaving a taste of dark chocolate and oats after a great smooth drink. Unfortunately for non-residents of NC or Eastern TN, beers from Duck-Rabbit Brewery are going to be hard to find. If you do happen to roadtrip thru the area, you should check out their website to see a list of the many pubs and locations where their dark beers can be found on tap or in bottles.
